You can return your items within 14 days after receipt.
The shipping costs for returning your parcel are at your own expense.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn
- Including original labels, tags and packaging
- In the same condition as you received them
If a return does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it and the parcel will be returned to the sender at their expense.
After registering your return you will receive all return information and the return address by e-mail. This makes it easy to send your parcel back. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days, often even sooner.
