Still want to return it? No problem.
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Good to know: all returns are sent to our distribution centre in the Netherlands. Once you've registered your return, we'll email you everything you need, including the exact return address. Just follow the steps and we'll take care of the rest.
Before sending your return, make sure:
- The item hasn't been worn
- It's returned with the original labels, tags and packaging
- It's in the same condition as when you received it
If your return doesn't meet these conditions, we won't be able to accept it and the package will be returned at the sender's expense.
If your return meets these conditions, we'll take it from there. Once we've received your return, we'll refund your purchase within 10 business days.
